The Government of Alberta provides very limited coverage of physical therapy treatment. Check your extended health benefits from your employer, as they often include benefits to cover the cost of physical therapy.

No doctor’s referral is required for an appointment at our clinic, however, some extended health providers require a doctor’s note in order to cover the cost of physical therapy.
